At ICON Amsterdam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fit. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
